To pursue your childhood passion can be the start of something spectacular and that is what Josiah Dawkins (known as Josiah the Barber) has done.

In 1998, at 13 years of age Josiah had identified where his passion lay. He began to fuel his desire and sort an opportunity to acquire the skillsets that have led him to become an internally acclaimed barber today.

Being driven and focused from an early age, in 2010 Josiah went on to proudly launch Ace Barbers. Today the business operates with a strong team of professional barbers who work collaboratively to provide first-class grooming services for all.

With 20 plus years of experience in creative barbering, Josiah consistently seeks avenues to involve filling gaps in the market. Josiah is now one of the first barbers in Europe to offer custom hair units, his expertise in this field has allowed him to travel the world providing bespoke services to high profile clients.

A proven master at his craft, the emphasis he takes on attention to detail and his ultimate aim to build the self-esteem of his clients has positioned Josiah to be the go-to barber for a range of services. From barbering, to also training others to fulfil their passion to develop a career in the industry offering NVQ training and apprenticeships through his Community Interest Company.

With the pursuit to take the barbering industry to the next level, Josiah has founded 360 Hair Transformations. Training and developing a strong team to offer custom hair units to a high standard, for all.

At 360 we offer an experienced network of barbers trained and qualified in providing guidance and installing non-surgical hair units for all nationalities.

The 360 team aim to address the issues faced with hair loss whether caused by genetics or stress. With an awareness of the impact hair loss/thinning can have on our self-esteem the team is very passionate and discrete about solving such issues, helping to restore confidence and ensuring clients feel comfortable whilst receiving our services.
